I am an outdoor enthusiast and avid hunter/hiker living in central PA. I love Jesus, inspiring people to chase their goals and embrace the experience that comes with the outdoors! My favorite adventure partner is my wife. When we are not exploring the mountains or coffee shops, we are spending time with friends and our 2 “well-behaved” cats.

I am starting this blog as a way for me to document my journey as a hunter and outdoorsman. It will be a passion project for me as I continue to grow as a hunter, husband, and learn new skills in writing and photography. I plan to share tips, opinions on new regulations, and stories from the field.
My Hunting Journy
Being born in Ohio, I might have caught the hunting bug, but that didn’t happen till my parents moved the family to central PA. Pennsylvania has been my home base since 2007, and over the years, I have grown a deep respect for hunting, hiking, wildlife, and the land that supports them in the Keystone State. As the only family member to gravitate towards this lifestyle, I had to lean on friends and mentors to guide me in this discipline. What started as a once-a-year event has blossomed into a full-on discipline.
Hunting to me isn’t always about the meat (just a great perk!) its the relationships I made and lessons about life I’ve learned. From early morning preparation to late night drives after a missed opportunity, it’s the time in the woods I value most. Appreciating the places that give us the chance to sit in God’s creation.
